Which is why you see a dish full of these around the house.....
I absolutely LOVE mini eggs! I have 2 big bags in my cabinet in case we run out. If it wasn't for these darn mini eggs, I might could loose a few extra pounds that I am trying to loose before Easter....
And I also had to make these the other night for 2 of my boys.....
To say they were delicious would be an understatement. The fact that they were warm and gooey and that I had a tall glass of milk with my 2 made it even better....
Darn cookies!
