Yard work and icecream!

Me and Dustin went to Lowe's and got some stuff for our yards. We had really just let them go the last 2 years and wanted to fix it up. We bought a couple of things and have to go back for more to finish it!

After we finished we decided to go for a walk and then we heard the icecream truck coming! Landon was soooo excited! It was prefect timing because we were very hot and needed something to help us cool off!

Savannah is 4!

This cake was sooo good. I think Dustin was a little embarrassed because I had to try the chocolate pineapple and the bottom piece! I could have eaten that WHOLE cake!



Trevor's Tree

This year, and hopefully every year after, I am putting eggs on a tree in memory of Trevor. I know he would have really enjoyed Easter this year and finding eggs. I can picture him running around with Landon trying to find eggs with his big brother. How sweet that would have been! But I know he had a great time celebrating Easter in Heaven with the One who rose from the dead and the real reason why we celebrate it in the first place! Happy Easter Trevor! Love you!

The Easter Bunny came!

We woke Landon up on Easter morning and asked him if he thought the Easter bunny came. He jumped out of bed and dashed for the door!

 He has been wanting that game every since he seen it on t.v.

 He asked if he could dump it all out. I said, "Of course! It's yours!" I told him the Easter bunny left him some clothes and a pair of shoes too but he wasnt interested at all with his candy in front of him! 

 We had Easter dinner at my Aunt's house this year. The food was great and the company was even better!

 These two boys had everyone entertained. They played wrestling!

Coloring Eggs!

Dawn came over and we colored some eggs. The boys werent too into doing it because they were more interested in playing. We did call them in one and a time and make them do at least one egg! Ha! I think we had more fun than they did! :)

Me, Dustin, and Landon do alot of walking around the neighborhood. Especially about 6:00 or so when it starts cooling down. We seen one of our neighbors on the golf cart and they brought over this handmade easter egg for Landon. She made it herself and said it would last forever. She filled it up with candy and Landon loves it! I thought that was so sweet. We had never formally met them before this. They often go by the house while we are outside and we always wave to one another. We have the best neighbors!

Easter party!

Landon's class had their Easter party yesterday. They had an Egg hunt and then ate inside. They were soooo cute and Landon got so many eggs that I had to make him stop so the other kids would have some!

 Those cupcakes looked soooo good. I really had to restrain myself from having one. Only 1 week till Easter and then I will chow down! lol

 He kept saying, "I'm a good finder mommy!"
